Training: CPCS Appointed Person (A61) Crane Operations

AWL's candidate has successfuly passed the CPCS appointed persons: Crane operations at the UK head office of crane giants Liebherr.

This course not only qualifies the succesful candidate to plan and manage lift operations but emphasizes the safe use of cranes and lifting gear during lifting operations, ensuring the implementation of a safe system of work and compliance with lifting operations and lifting equipment requirements (LOLER 98) and British Standards for the safe use of cranes (BS 7121).

Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme...

CHAS is a non profit government scheme that allows customers and clients to ensure that the accredited contractor have the appropriate H&S measures in place. It is rapidly becoming an essential requirement for contracting businesses.

The list below gives the areas that are assessed as part of the CHAS application. Documented evidence must be provided with completed CHAS Application Form including:
